Starting from flat float glass, it undergoes meticulously designed curvature cutting and precise edge grinding. It is then heated to the glass softening critical point by a dedicated bent steel tempering equipment, bent into shape with molds, and rapidly cooled by uniform air pressure to temper. While forming the curved shape, a pressure stress layer is formed on the glass surface, ensuring the same safety tempering properties as flat tempered glass, making it a safe curved glass suitable for deep processing.
